Since HopeWorks was founded in 2011, we have served over 100 trainees, providing them with training for jobs and a brighter future.
EVERETT STATION DISTRICT
Located in Everett Station District, we are focused on the transformation of our neighborhood. HopeWorks Station II will anchor a bustling hub of opportunity for our community.
"I HAVE FREEDOM TODAY... I AM SO GLAD THAT I DON'T HAVE TO SURVIVE LIKE THAT ANYMORE. GROUNDWORKS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR ANYBODY THAT WANTS TO TURN THEIR LIFE AROUND."
- MICHAEL, GROUNDWORKS
When our interns thrive, so does the community. How? With stable employment comes fewer strains on the social safety net, more tax dollars flowing back into the economy and a larger talent pool that results in a healthier competitive environment for in-demand industries.
The innovative and ambitious development of HopeWorks Station Phase II will expand HopeWorks from a current capacity of 35-45 trainees per year to over 100 12-week training programs and will add capacity for pre-vocational training.
BREAKING THE CYCLE OF POVERTY
Many individuals in our community are experiencing major life challenges that stand in the way of a stable future. At HopeWorks, we help people overcome these barriers to employment by not only teaching the life skills needed for lifelong living-wage careers, but restoring hope in the process.
