Over the past few months, we have been working on building our culture here at HopeWorks. My goal is for our team culture to be based on three principles: Collaboration, Accountability and Joy.
For me, this means: setting our goals clearly, providing information on our finances and the Enterprises, sharing how each person COUNTS in the bigger picture of achieving these goals and setting the course towards the future.
HopeWorks is unique. We have three small businesses, with hard working team members, created in order to have a robust job training program.
