Through the use of cross sector collaboration and building the capacity of organizations in Snohomish County. Our AmeriCorps Members and partnering organizations are providing opportunities & resources to people in poverty so they can climb out of poverty is the mission of the HopeWorks VISTA Program.
National Service
Since 1965, AmeriCorps members in the VISTA program have joined the fight against poverty.
The VISTA program serves in each of the 50 U.S. states and in all U.S. territories. Each full time member serving as an AmeriCorps member serves one year, dedicating their time and talent to their sponsoring organization.

TEAM
The HopeWorks VISTA Program is comprised of 10 AmeriCorps members grouped within two cohorts. They come from a wide range of backgrounds and degrees and each have their own personal reasons for dedicating a year of service in helping their organization build capacity in a sustainable project.
